According to the needs of the construction and development of Lianyungang Port, Jiangsu Province has increased its efforts in the construction of Lianyungang Port infrastructure. Shanghai Zhenzhong Pile Machinery is honored to participate in the construction project of the diversion embankment pile foundation of Lianyungang Nuclear Power Plant.

Compared to conventional steel pipe pile construction, the construction of the diversion embankment pipe pile cofferdam for the nuclear power plant has its own characteristics. Firstly, the foundation material of the diversion embankment pile has layers above and below, with the upper layer being silted soil and the lower layer being silty clay with a high standard penetration count, belonging to extremely hard soil; Secondly, in order to increase the bearing capacity of the pile foundation, a cross shaped partition was welded inside the bottom of the pipe pile. When the pipe pile enters the silty clay layer, it is prone to soil blockage, which greatly increases the end resistance and greatly increases the difficulty of pile sinking.

Based on the particularity of this project, our company combined the on-site geological drilling column chart and simulated pile driving conditions to recommend the EP320 type resonance free vibration pile hammer with large eccentricity and large vibration impulse to the user.

Compared with traditional vibration pile hammers, the EP series resonance free variable frequency variable torque vibration pile hammer exhibits significant advantages:

1. Reduce startup energy consumption. Realizing "zero" start and "zero" stop greatly reduces the start stop load and solves the problem of requiring a large capacity power supply for traditional vibration hammers with eccentric torque start.

2. Avoid resonance hazards. The eccentric torque stepless adjustable technology enables the machine to start and stop smoothly and freely, preventing strong mechanical resonance and noise from damaging and affecting the equipment itself and surrounding facilities during this process;

3. Adapt to different soil layers. During the operation of the machine, according to the characteristics of different soil types, the eccentric torque is adjusted to meet the amplitude requirements of different soil layers, thereby achieving the ideal efficiency of pile driving and extraction.

4. Strong ability to overcome end resistance. The large vibration impulse generated by reasonable large eccentric torque and vibration frequency endows the equipment with strong ability to overcome end resistance, greatly improving the efficiency of pipe piles penetrating hard clay layers and dense sand layers;
