01.「Efficiency Breakthrough Under Complex Marine Conditions」
The first phase of the Fodu operation area project plans to construct two 200000 ton container berths, with a total land area of approximately 931400 square meters, of which over 80% is for foundation treatment.
The geological conditions of the project are complex, with a local silt layer thickness of over 40 meters, a pile diameter of 1 meter, and a maximum pile sinking depth of about 40 meters. This places extremely high demands on the equipment's ability to penetrate the soil and the stability of continuous operation.
Under this working condition, EP550B achieves rapid pile sinking with large eccentricity, strong vibration impulse, and stable product performance. At present, the information system of on-site equipment is gradually being improved, and in the future, real-time display of construction parameters and data retention will be achieved, providing scientific basis for standardized construction of projects.
