The super large vibration hammer DZPJ480 double hammer linkage has been successfully tested again

On July 10, 2012, leaders and engineering technicians from "CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd." and "Shanghai Zhenzhong" discussed the application of our company's leading product, the 480KW large vibration pile hammer and its linkage technology, in large-scale construction projects in the conference room on the first floor of our company. They also participated in the "DZPJ480 adjustable vibration hammer linkage test" together in Workshop 1. The entire discussion and experimental process received unanimous praise from the leaders of "China Communications Third Navigation Bureau", and the experiment was praised as a stunning and successful performance.

The "DZPJ480 Large Stepless Adjustable Variable Frequency Torque Vibration Pile Hammer" is an electric drive vibration hammer independently developed by our company. The multi hammer linkage technology was successfully tested as early as April 2010, and after several years of development and testing, it has been successfully put into use. Compared with similar products, this vibration pile hammer is more lightweight and energy-saving. The linkage of two DZPJ480 vibration hammers breaks through the current limitations of motor power and excitation force of similar vibration hammers, achieving good values among similar products. The good excitation force can reach over 600T. This horizontal vibration hammer is particularly suitable for the vibration sinking engineering construction of ultra large diameter steel pipe piles, such as wind power single piles, large cofferdam projects, etc.
