Shanghai Zhenzhong DZP120 Variable Frequency Electric Drive Vibration Hammer

Construction will be carried out in Taiwan, with steel sheet piles installed at a depth of 18m and steel pipe piles ranging in diameter from 1000mm to 2300mm at a depth of 20m.

The DZP variable frequency electric drive vibration hammer has the following advantages compared to traditional vibration hammers.

1. There is no resonance when starting the operation, and there is no loss or additional burden on the crane.

2. Start the frequency converter to reduce startup energy consumption. The configured power supply is only twice the power of the vibrating hammer, while traditionally it is usually three times.

3. Able to adjust different frequencies.

4. Generally, the hammer stops with a large resonance in 10 seconds. This hammer absorbs vibration energy through our patented technology and stops quickly in 5 seconds.

5. Adopting a patented vibration resistant variable frequency motor, the motor has a longer lifespan and is less prone to damage.
