EP400 vibration hammer construction in Ningbo Zhoushan main channel

Shanghai Zhenzhong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is currently participating in the construction of the Ningbo Zhoushan main channel project for the resonance free eccentric torque stepless adjustable electric drive vibration hammer EP400 motor power 300kw static eccentric torque 0-400kg. m excitation force 0-195t. It has received attention and high praise from the construction command center and project leaders for its stable performance and high construction efficiency. The major feature of the EP series vibration hammer is the use of a hydraulic control eccentric torque conversion device, which can achieve zero start and zero stop. During operation, the eccentric torque can be infinitely adjusted from zero to the design maximum value to meet the requirements of different soil layers for pile driving and pulling, thereby achieving ideal pile driving and pulling speed and efficiency.

The main line of the Ningbo Zhoushan Port main channel highway project starts from the Fuyi Interchange, crosses the Fuyimen Waterway, and sets up the Cengang Interchange on the south side of Zhangci Village in Cengang Town. The route extends northward and turns northeast after entering the sea at Mamushan, successively crossing the Changbai West Channel, the Zhoushan Central Port West Channel, and the Daishan South Channel, and landing at Daishan Shuanghe. Set up Changbai Interchange in the sea to connect Changbai Island. The endpoint of the route is set up with a double interchange, which will be connected to the Yushan branch line and the planned Daishan Ring Road in the near future, and to the planned passage from Shanghai to Dayangshan in the long term. There are two tunnels and five interchanges along the entire line (Yandun Interchange, Changbai Interchange, Shuanghe Interchange, and 2 temporary interchanges). The main highway of this project is designed with a standard of four lanes in both directions, with a designed speed of 100km/h. The basic width of the bridge and roadbed is 26.0m; the design load of the bridge and culvert is level I highway; The road standard axle load adopts BZZ-100; The design flood frequency is set at 1/300.

Prior to this, our company's EP1300, EP400, and EP240 eccentric moment infinitely adjustable vibration hammers were involved in the construction of the pier steel casing (diameter 3.9m, total length 40m, total weight 140t) for the Yushan Bridge branch line project of this project. The EP series vibration hammer has participated in large-scale projects time and time again due to its high manufacturing level, hard product quality, and easy operation.
