Recently, the second phase of the offshore wind power project at the North L site of the Huaneng Shandong Peninsula, undertaken by CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., has completed all foundation pile sinking construction. In this offshore wind power project with the deepest water depth in China, our EP1600 resonance-free variable frequency and variable torque electric drive vibratory hammer and FZ300 internal support pile lifter, as important construction equipment, provided key technical support for the project.

01 Tackle the deep sea, build dreams with craftsmanship

Empowered by heavy equipment, we ride the waves and ride the wind

The project is located in the state-administered waters north of the Shandong Peninsula, with the center of the site situated 70 kilometers offshore and a water depth ranging from 51 to 53 meters. It is the first offshore wind power project in China with a water depth exceeding 50 meters.

The project sea area is approximately 8.7 kilometers long from east to west and 9.0 kilometers wide from north to south, covering an area of 47.9 square kilometers.

The total installed capacity of the project is 504 megawatts, with a total of 42 wind turbine generators installed, each with a capacity of 12 megawatts. A 220-kilovolt offshore step-up station and an onshore centralized control center are also constructed as supporting facilities.

Upon completion, the project will save approximately 500,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.35 million tons annually. It will significantly propel the development of offshore wind power towards the deep sea and expedite Shandong Province's offshore wind power industry to rank among the top in the country.

02 Empowering with heavy equipment, sailing through the sea and riding the wind

Equipment empowers, precision and efficiency ensue

EP1600 & FZ300

Fearless in facing deep-sea challenges

Accurate and efficient operation

In this construction project, the EP1600 resonance-free variable frequency and variable torque electric vibratory hammer and the FZ300 internal support pile driver served as core equipment, fully demonstrating their technological advantages:

EP series resonance-free variable frequency and variable torque electric drive vibrating hammer

Efficient and stable power system

The adoption of resonance-free technology effectively avoids resonance impacts on the hull structure and the surrounding environment.

Variable frequency and torque conversion technology can adjust working parameters in real time according to the resistance of the formation.

The electric drive system features smooth operation with zero start-up and zero shutdown.

Accurate and reliable construction performance

The eccentric moment is infinitely adjustable, allowing for flexible adjustments according to soil conditions, achieving ideal pile driving and extraction efficiency; it adapts to the pile driving requirements under various geological conditions.

Horizontal structural design, with a low center of gravity and good stability, ensures smoother and safer construction.

It features "zero start-up and zero downtime", effectively avoiding resonance shock and noise, and enhancing equipment lifespan.

FZ series internal support pile crane

Technical characteristics of the advantage-internal-support type pile crane:

Compact and lightweight, it features dual safety measures with mechanical self-locking and hydraulic pressure maintaining locks to prevent the pile from falling.

No need for pre-welding lifting lugs, making lifting faster and safer.

The conical long guide design facilitates horizontal pile feeding, resists surge interference, and reduces repeated exits.

The lifting point is vertically aligned with the center of gravity, ensuring a more stable pile feeding.

All hydraulic systems are imported, ensuring safety, stability, and reliability.

03 Empowering with heavy equipment, riding the waves and riding the wind

Surfing the deep blue, sailing towards the future

Shanghai Zhenzhong

Fearless in facing deep-sea challenges

Accurate and efficient operation

Set a new benchmark for the industry

In this construction project, the EP1600 resonance-free variable frequency and torque electric drive vibratory hammer and the FZ300 pile driver were used in conjunction, forming a comprehensive solution for deepwater pile driving construction. This equipment solution, which has been tested in practice, provides a feasible technical path for China's offshore wind power to move deeper and further into the sea, demonstrating the technological level of domestically produced high-end offshore engineering equipment.

With the successful completion of the foundation pile sinking work for the L offshore wind power project in the northern part of the Shandong Peninsula, it has not only become a new engine for regional clean energy, but also represents an important practice in China's offshore wind power construction.

In the future, Shanghai Zhenzhong will continue to be committed to technological innovation and product optimization, providing more reliable equipment support for the development of the offshore wind power industry, and helping China's clean energy construction reach new heights.
