Here, the Shanghai Zhenzhong EP400A series resonance free vibration hammer has been officially put into use for the construction of the A2 section of the National Highway Dan'a Tongjiang Songhua River Bridge and Approach Road Project. The Tongjiang Songhua River Highway Bridge is a key node on the Dan'a National Highway, located between Tongjiang City and Suibin County in Heilongjiang Province. The main bridge is 5741 meters long and 16.5 meters wide.
It is not only a bridge of second-class highway, but also a transportation lifeline connecting both sides of Songhua River and promoting regional economy and port logistics.

Dilemma 1: Extreme cold climate, equipment stability test
The lowest temperature on the construction site can drop to minus 30 ℃, which is not only the limit of physical sensation, but also a nightmare for equipment. Hydraulic systems and gear oil are prone to condensation, causing frequent "strikes" in conventional equipment.

For extremely cold working conditions, EP400A fully adopts antifreeze hydraulic oil and gear oil, as well as specialized cold protection devices, to ensure smooth start-up and continuous construction of the equipment at low temperatures.
