Our company's variable frequency vibration hammer is being used for construction at the Port of Laicheng in Papua New Guinea

On March 5th, the first phase of the tidal terminal project of the Lae Port Development Project in Papua New Guinea, which was constructed by mainland and Hong Kong companies and managed by one aviation bureau and one company, officially started steel piling and achieved success. The design representatives from Sihang Institute, KECC supervisor, and leaders from the Mainland and Hong Kong general project departments observed the entire construction process.

The project adopts a high pile foundation structure and requires the installation of 390 steel pipe piles with a total weight of 6239.348 tons. Among them, there are 388 piles with a diameter of 1067 millimeters, a total of 2 piles with a diameter of 600 millimeters, and a long pile length of 38.5 meters. Our company's resonance free variable frequency vibration hammer was used for the steel pile construction this time, and a 200 ton crawler crane was used to lift the hammer. The rapid shutdown and resonance free function of the machine ensured the smooth progress of the pile driving work, while also providing protection for the crawler crane, laying a solid foundation for efficient construction in the future.
