Multi hammer linkage technology 'group' helps marine engineering construction

1、 Development background

With the rapid development of wind power technology, offshore wind power has become a focus of attention for the development of renewable energy worldwide. In recent years, China's offshore wind power industry has developed rapidly, with increasing installed capacity of offshore wind power. Offshore wind power piles have shown new characteristics:

(1) Ultra long: The bearing layer of pile foundation often exceeds 50m deep, even up to 100m deep;

(2) Oversized: pile diameter exceeding 2m, even up to 5m or 8m;

(3) Overweight: Due to the wall thickness of these super large and ultra deep piles reaching 40-80mm, the weight of the entire pile often exceeds several hundred tons, even up to 1500 tons;

(4) The characteristics of high-precision construction: the verticality requirement for construction is within 0.3%.

Therefore, the demand for larger energy pile driving equipment has emerged.

2、 Old devices cannot meet new requirements

At present, the main equipment for offshore wind power pile construction are impact hammers and vibration pile hammers. The impact hammer is a traditional offshore wind power pile driving equipment, and its main problems include low striking efficiency, heat dissipation, construction safety, quality control, etc; The principle of pile driving with a vibrating pile hammer is to "liquefy" the soil and reduce resistance. As long as the necessary amplitude, excitation force, weight and impulse, and power are met, the pile can be sunk. The main problems currently faced include start-up difficulties, resonance hazards, manufacturing difficulties, and transportation difficulties, which greatly limit the development of single machine "super large".

3、 Multi hammer linkage "group" solves construction problems

In this context, our company's vibration pile hammer "large-scale and resonance free technology" and "linkage technology" have become important solutions for future offshore wind power pile construction. Multi hammer linkage is the use of linkage technology to make multiple vibration pile hammers of the same specification and model into a super large vibration system. Compared with existing equipment, it has many advantages and practicality:

(1) Simple manufacturing: Single machine manufacturing is no longer limited by manufacturing processes such as factory buildings, motors, and bearings, and can achieve mass production under existing conditions.

(2) Easy transportation: not limited by weight and size limits, it can meet various transportation modes such as highways and waterways.

(3) Easy to start: Multiple combinations without ultra high power motors, the equipment can be easily started under existing conditions.

(4) Resonance free: The resonance free vibration pile hammer achieves zero eccentricity start and zero eccentricity stop through the stepless adjustment technology of eccentricity, avoiding the environmental problems of strong vibration and noise caused by "resonance" and the safety hazards caused by equipment damage; Simultaneously achieving zero eccentric moment starting, i.e. no-load starting, solves the problem of requiring a large capacity power supply for ordinary electric vibration pile hammers to start with eccentric moment or load, and has a significant energy-saving effect; The amplitude can be infinitely adjusted from "0-maximum" or "max-0", which can adapt to soil changes and has good pile sinking efficiency and effect.

5. Multiple combinations and systematic assignments. Multiple vibrating hammers can be combined reasonably and operated systematically to meet the construction needs of different working conditions.

6. High construction accuracy: Due to the four points and one line of the hook center, beam center, vibration center, and pile center, coupled with a verticality detector, the accuracy of pile sinking is ensured, making it particularly suitable for pile foundation construction in large-scale projects such as offshore wind power generation.
