The mechanism of EP series electric drive vibrating pile hammer is characterized by the use of hydraulic control eccentricity conversion device, which can realize "zero" start, "zero" stop and any stepless adjustment of eccentric torque from zero to the designed maximum value during operation. Compared with the traditional vibrating pile hammer, it shows great advantages.

Reduce starting energy consumption

Realize starting under the condition of no eccentric moment, which solves the problem that the widely used vibrating pile hammer starts with eccentric moment and needs a large-capacity power supply

"Zero" startup, "zero" shutdown

Realize "zero" start and "zero" stop, overcome the resonance generated when starting and stopping with eccentric moment, and prevent the occurrence of noise caused by resonance and damage to other equipment parts

Stepless adjustment of eccentric moment

The eccentric moment can be adjusted conveniently and freely during the operation of the machine to adapt to the pile sinking and pulling requirements of different soil layers, so as to achieve the ideal pile sinking and pulling speed and efficiency

Low center of gravity, good stability

The exciter of the large-scale vibrating pile hammer adopts a horizontal structure, the center of gravity of the whole machine is low, and the stability is good. It is equipped with a beam type vibration reduction system, which greatly reduces the height of the whole machine
